This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.L.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5928 of 2021, dated 27.04.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order 27.04.2021. Due to the lock down of subordinate Courts owing to the pandemic, the petitioner could not produce the sureties. Hence, he filed a petition for extension of time. The said petition was ordered by this Court on 13.07.2021. After that, the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.07.2021 without fail.
3. The said submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
