ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed to give a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her father under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.08.2021, it was found that there is matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint has been given against the petitioner and enquiry is undertaken in CSR.No.135 of 2021 and a direction was issued to the petitioner to co-operate with the Enquiry Officer by appearing before the respondent police. On that direction this petition is listed today.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11122 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer and there is no harassment at the hands of the second respondent and the enquiry came to be closed on 16.08.2021.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since the enquiry has been completed and closed, there is no harassment at the hands of the second respondent. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 5.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
