ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.126 of 2023 and to file final report, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case in Cr.No.126 of 2023 has been registered on 18.06.2023 and they requested three more months to complete the investigation.
