ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the judgment made in C.A.No.42 of 2018 by the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 03.10.2018, by confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence made in C.C.No.124 of 2010, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli dated 06.04.2018.

2.Today (18.08.2025), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has already undergone the period of sentence of imprisonment imposed on him; hence, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition for further adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Revision Petition stands closed.
