ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.418 of 2017. It has been registered on the file of Thazhamuthunagar Police Station, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. 2.Senthilkumar is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant appeared before this Court through video conferencing. His identity is also confirmed before me. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. When the parties have buried the hatchet, no purpose will be served in keeping the prosecution alive. The impugned First Information Report is quashed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
