Pleased to call for records and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in S.C.No.8/2019 on 27.03.2023 and allow this Criminal Appeal.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOTHI BASU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5736 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.287 of 2023, dated 11.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
