This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the lookout circular issued against the petitioner with regard to the petitioner's passport No.J8400025 and from preventing the petitioner for travelling aboard and detaining and arresting in any immigration (entry or exit) point in India and interfering with his freedom movement.

He further submitted that the investigation in the said case has been completed and the charge sheet was filed in S.C.No.87 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Pattukottai. Thereafter, based on the compromise entered into between the parties, the criminal proceeding in S.C.No.87 of 2022 was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7303 of 2022, dated 20.04.202. Therefore, the 2/5
