Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.8224 of 2025, dated 12.02.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioners has paid the cost of Rs.1,000/- and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2.The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned. Accordingly, CMP(MD)No.8224 of 2025 is allowed.

Since the other petitions in CMP(MD) Nos.8225 and 8226 of 2025 are consequential in nature, the same are also allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and list the matter on 09.03.2026.
