ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is the mother of the third respondent. She moved the second respondent seeking certain reliefs. It was rejected. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent. She only wants the same to be disposed of.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the petition mentioned appeal will be disposed of within a period of eight weeks.
4.Recording the said submission, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent will have to necessarily put the third respondent on notice before passing the final order.
