*********** By consent of both parties, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The present writ petition is directed against the Impugned Transfer Order dated 05.08.2017, transferring the petitioner from Tirunelveli to Tuticorin, which is around 50 kms. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner assailing the impugned order of transfer would submit that he has been transferred to Tirunelveli just ten months ago and that he has settled down his family at Tirunelveli.

However, before completing one year, he has been further transferred to Tuticorin. Hence, he will be put to great prejudice.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the transfer order has unified both the husband and wife to work in one place because, the wife of the petitioner is also working at Tuticorin as a Secondary Grade Teacher.

5.This Court finds no merit to interfere with the impugned transfer order for the reasons mentioned above. 6.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-I) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
