PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to direct the 5th respondent to receive the petitioner's complaint against the Ayushu Nooru Private Limited on Trichy by taking suitable legal action for redeeming his deposited amounts based on his representation dated 05.01.2022 within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 4th respondent to direct the 5th respondent to receive the petitioner's complaint against the Ayushu Nooru Private Limited on Trichy by taking suitable legal action for redeeming his deposited amounts based on his representation, dated 05.01.2022 within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that already the petitioner gave a complaint against the "Ayushu Nooru" Private Limited, Trichy and found that he had received the property worth of Rs.5,00,000/- and deposited the amount and he take back his compliant and no complaint is pending on the file of the 5th respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaint is not taken back by the petitioner and the same is pending before the 5th respondent.
4. In view of the said submission, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, if any received from the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
