PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to direct the 4th respondent not to establish the TASMAC retail vending shop No.6623 Karaikudi Highways in Survey No.16/6-1 and Old Survey No.111-6 P of Aranthangi, Pudukottai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2020. For Petitioner :Mr.Na.Palaniyandi For Respondents :Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss for R2 and R3 Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents not to establish the TASMAC shop in pursuant to the representation made by him.

W.P.(MD)No.14332 of 2020 2.We have perused the proceedings of the District Collector dated 03.09.2020. The said order clearly indicates the enquiry conducted and justification on the compliance of the Rules. The petitioner has not alleged any violation of the Rules firstly. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.1, the particulars sought for by the Court by way of queries were answered. 3.We do not wish to go into the additional issues framed by this Court, as they can be taken up at appropriate time. Suffice it to state that there is no violation is involved. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
