ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1,Virudhunagar, to dispose the case in C.C.No.188 of 2017 in Crime No.126 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C.No.188 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Virudhunagar, is pending without any progress. Hence this petition has been filed seeking earlier disposal of the case in C.C.No.188 of 2017. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, the witness PW-1 has been examined, as on date. For further examination of the witnesses, the case is posted on 29.07.2022. 4.Recording the same, the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Virudhunagar, is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
