O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's son by name Alagar, aged about 25 years, was illegally detained by the second respondent police, the petitioner has sent a detailed representation to the respondents. But, till date the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing counsel appearing for the State, on instructions would submit that the petitioner's son Alagar was arrested in connection with the Crime No.925 of 2021, on the file of K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai, for the offence under Section 379 of I.P.C., and remanded to judicial custody on 07.08.2021, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and now he has been lodged in the Sub Jail at Virudhunagar District.

3. Recording the above said submissions, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
