ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.B.Arun, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents one and two, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the concerned Court as per the direction of this Court by the order dated 24.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6712 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the concerned Court. Due to the delay in getting the order copy, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.6712 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6712 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
