PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2017, to grant permission to conduct the "Vinayagar Chadhurthi" as well as other programmes and take procession along with permissible loud speaker on the route of Radhaveethi and finally Idol will be Vijarsanam (meltdown on the holy water) on Chitraru, Tenkasi, on 24.08.2017 to 26.08.2017 in "Shenpagavinayagar Koil" situated at Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District.
