O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to allot the Shop at Government offices Complex, Melur, Madurai District under relevant Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Scheme.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that though the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2016, seeking allotment of a Shop at Government Offices' Complex at Melur, Madurai under Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Scheme had been forwarded by the Superintending Engineer to the second respondent herein by his proceedings dated 24.02.2016 for suitable action, no decision has been taken by the 2nd respondent till now. by the inaction of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matters, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, which was forwarded by the Superintendent Engineer, on the basis of the documents produced, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
