ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in pending Document No.10/2020 dated 17.08.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 12.02.2020 produced by the petitioner which is kept pending in Pending Document No.10/2020.

2. It is represented by the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to produce the documents sought for by the Sub-Registrar, Morapanadu, Tirunelveli District and that the case of the petitioner may be considered.

It is needless to mention that as the documents sought for have not been produced, there is no perversity or illegality in the order passed by the Sub-Registrar in rejecting the case of the petitioner. If the petitioner is able to produce all the documents sought for by the Sub-Registrar, certainly the Sub-Registrar shall consider the request afresh. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to produce the documents sought for by the Sub-Registrar, Morapanadu, Tirunelveli District within ten working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the petitioner's request may be considered by the Sub-Registrar. On receipt of the said documents, the Sub-Registrar shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within thirty days thereafter, if there is no legal impediment to do so.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
