The petitioner has filed this Petition to direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary protection to her life and limb from the hands of respondents 3 to 6.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed this petition seeking police protection as against her parents. The allegation of the petitioner is that her parents are beating her and physically harassing her.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this petitioner, who is aged about 19 years, has not attended the college properly and therefore, the college administration has sent her out of the college. The college Administration insisting the petitioner to come along with her parents for obtaining Transfer Certificate.

4. It appears that the petitioner is having some misunderstanding with her parents, left her house and also went to Kerala and secured by the Kerala police and handed over to the parents. The parents are responsible for the future of the child. The petitioner is aged only 19 years old and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application on the vague allegation. 2/4
