ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.1292 of 2020 and file final report, within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the investigation in Cr.No.1292 of 2020 has been completed in the year 2021 itself and the second respondent Police closed the case as mistake of fact. However, the final report is not yet filed. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent Police to file the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to serve RCS notice to the petitioner along with the copy of the final report.
