ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner has submitted an application dated 22.06.2024 before the District Collector, Kanyakumari seeking permission to remove the mineral from the petition mentioned lands. The lands are patta lands. The writ petitioner is its owner.
3.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request as per the relevant statutory rules and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
