ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to issue Transfer Certificate and all other documents to the petitioner to enable him to join the course in some other Arts College, by considering his representation dated 27.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the third respondent to return SSLC and 12th standard mark sheet and other relevant sports certificates of the petitioner forthwith, considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
