Criminal Revision Case has been filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code,to set aside the impugned r order made in Cr.M.P No. 36621 of 2023 dated 22.11.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy and set aside the same and enlarge the petitioner on bail. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A.Arun Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by 1/3

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
