favour, while putting up construction in survey No.265. The writ petitioner gave a representation dated 24.05.2017 in this regard. 2.Eventhough the first respondent forwarded the same to the second respondent with a direction to pass a speaking order and inform the writ petitioner, nothing further took place. Hence this writ petition came to be filed.

3.This Court directs the second respondent to take follow up action, pursuant to the said communication dated 05.06.2017 issued by the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD)No.11739 of 2017 is closed.
