This Writ Petition came to be filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to issue house tax receipt in favour of the petitioner for the house property situated at Survey No.68/2A2C, Katturuni Village, Pattinamkatthan Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of his representation dated 06.05.2023. 2.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for herein, this Court hereby direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2023, after giving opportunity of hearing, to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
