ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct third respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.49 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent police, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed. Since no offence was made out, after investigation, further action dropped and the closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirunelveli on 2/4
