ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Pudukkottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2018 within a time stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the suit has been filed during the year 2018 and now the same is pending. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that a suit would be disposed of within a period of 2 years from the date of filing the suit. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Civil Revision petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of the suit at the earliest point of time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a time frame.

C.R.P.(MD)No.1748 of 2019 4.Accordingly, the learned Principal District Munsif, Pudukkottai, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.51 of 2018 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
