This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent for his illegal act and also take action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on his representation, dated 30.09.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

W.P(MD)No.14250 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.09.2020, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
