*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to restrain the respondents 1 to 4 from granting permission to the fifth respondent for commencing a coir industry in Survey No.82/1, Sammattividuthi Village, Pudukkottai Taluk.

2. There is no question of restraining the statutory authority from entertaining an application at the instance of the fifth respondent. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, on account https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the opening of coir industry by the fifth respondent, it is always open to him to challenge the clearance in accordance with law. We, therefore, do not see any reason to issue a Writ of Mandamus, as prayed for by the petitioner.
