ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks inclusion of his name and issuance of joint patta in respect of the petition mentioned property. The petition is pending before the fourth respondent.

4. The fourth respondent shall look into the same and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or other. The fourth respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
