This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 8 to take appropriate steps to grant permission and to give protection to conduct temple festival by the Thiruvappadi and Omakanvayal Villagers of Arulmigu Sri.OmurudaiyaIyyanar Temple situate at Omakanvayal Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District Schedule on 03.05.2025 to 12.05.2025 by considering petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate for the official respondents would submit that the unanimous decision has been taken that the Department would conduct the festival, so that no untoward incidents happen during the festival time.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no objection if the department conducts the festival like how it was conducted last year.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
