Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.GEORGE STEPHEN KANIKKAIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as per the order dated 11.12.2019 regarding monthly payment of maintenance amount of Rs.3000/- to the defacto complainant in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 18551 of 2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
