Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3048 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.35 of 2020, dated 26.05.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is absent from 25.06.2020 till 14.07.2020, otherwise, he is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the offence involved is under NDPS Act.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5915 of 2020 by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3048 of 2020 on 26.05.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal.
