ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- While disposing of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11322 of 2020, this Court has given a direction to the trial Court to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The order was passed on 14.10.2020.

2. Now the learned Additional District Judge(Fast Track Court), Paramakudi, has addressed a letter dated 01.04.2021 stating that P.W.1 to P.W.7 witnesses were examined and remaining witnesses of L.W.8 to L.W.20 to be examined and the concerned Police Officer has not produced the remaining witness. He seeks further two months time for disposal of the case.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Additional District Judge(Fast Track Court), Paramakudi, the two (2) months further time is granted for disposal of the case on merits and in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
