O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st to 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he borrowed a sum of Rs.16,37,000/- from one Kuppusamy, by mortgaging her property. Instead of getting mortgage deed, they have prepared sale deed and obtained signature of the petitioner. Based upon the above said document, now they are illegally making attempt to evict the petitioner from the possession. Based upon which, the above said representation was made.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Perumal alleged to be the partner of the above said Kuppusamy also gave a representation stating that this petitioner illegally occupying the above said land and making trouble. The above said complaint was enquired in C.S.R.No.112 of 2023, in which, this petitioner's husband also appeared and stated that he has only received the loan by mortgaging the property. But they never sold the property.

4.Since it is a civil dispute between the parties, they have to workout their remedy before proper forum. There is no question of granting police protection either to the petitioner or to the counter party. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
