O R D E R

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.207 of 2024 has been registered as against the accused for the offence under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that a case has been registered, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
