O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 07.07.2017. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the properties in S.No.64/6B and S.No.64/7B situated at Kulamangalam North village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District belonged to his ancestor. After his demise, the petitioner inherited the same and he is the absolute owner of the property. The petitioner filed an application to transfer the patta in his name and also sent a representation on 07.07.2017. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
