O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him dated 06.06.2017. 2.The case of the petitioner is that aggrieved over the order passed by the Tahsildar, Thuraiyur Taluk, dated 17.04.2017, he preferred an appeal before the respondent on 06.06.2017. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that for the past two months, there is no progress in the said appeal. Hence, the present writ petition.

4.Heard Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
