O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representations dated 13.07.2017 and 26.07.2017 and cancel the Document No.2057/2013 dated 24.07.2013 registered by the third respondent office.

for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would claim that he is the owner of the property in new Natham S.No.2880/53 situated at 108/1 Mella Street, Kullapuram Post, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. He has also obtained electricity service connection.

4.The petitioner would allege that the fourth respondent, who has no right or title over the property, executed a sale deed in favour of the fifth respondent. Hence, the petitioner submitted the above representations for cancellations of the documents. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider representations of the petitioner dated 13.07.2017 and 26.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
