This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to release the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-67-BE-3204.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the petition may be closed, as the vehicle had already been released.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
