ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the tenant of the property, which is owned by the third respondent and he running a furniture shop. He would further submit that the third respondent and his relatives are harassing the petitioner and they have no authority to do so. Thereby the petitioner made a complaint to the second respondent to take action. He would further submit that the petitioner also given CCTV footage to the respondent Police whereas the respondent Police are not giving adequate protection. Hence, he prayed for allowing of this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been initiated whereas the third respondent has not appeared for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to take steps, in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
