ORDER
By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner is working as a Senior Grade Clerk in the third respondent Co-operative Society from 21.05.1993. It is his grievance that his services having not been regularized, he had given a representation to the respondents 1 and 2. However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, it is submitted that if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2017, the petitioner would be satisfied, in the light of the Circular No.6/15 dated 08.05.2015.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, sought time to get instructions as to whether any other circular or latest G.O, has been issued, so that the matter can be decided on merits.
4. This Court, without keeping the matter pending, directs the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner either on the basis of circular dated 08.5.2017 or any other latest circular, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
