ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that when the complaint was pending for enquiry, the matter is referred to Social Welfare Department. During enquiry in the Social Welfare Department, the defacto complainant has filed a divorce petition before the Family Court, Chennai and the same is pending. Due to which, the present complaint has been closed.

2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
