Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the order dated 20-01-2023 passed in I.A.No. 259/2020 in OS..No. 210/2014 passed by the Learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.VISHNURAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply with the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by this Court in the above C.R.P as the amount after interest comes to approximately Rs.7,60,000/- and seeks another four weeks time.
