Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DAVID GANESAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7430 of 2022 dated 21.04.2022.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is facing University Examinations till 23.07.2022. Hence, he may be exempted from complying the condition and also permitted to comply the condition before the Thisayanvillai Police Station. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is hereby directed to appear https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7475 of 2022 before the Thisayanvillai Police Station from 24.07.2022, daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. The other conditions in the said petition remains unaltered.
