RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed to pay a sum of Rs. 50000/- to the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Ramanathapuram in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 20201 of 2021 Dt. 17.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20201 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 17.12.2021 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Ramanathapuram. He would further submit that the petitioner is unable to deposit the said amount and hence he is unable to execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks to modify the said condition.

3.On perusal of the order, it is seen that the petitioner has voluntarily come forward to deposit the said amount without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

4.Hence, I do not find any merit in this petition and the petition is dismissed.
