2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.214 of 2025, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 326(e) BNS and therefore, they went in search of him. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
