ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 333 days occurred in filing the above said appeal.

2.This appeal has been filed by the insurance company in M.C.O.P.No.96 of 2020 against the award, dated 22.02.2024, passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Nagercoil with a petition to condone the delay in filing the appeal.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this application on condition.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.On the above said condition, this civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. Failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any reference to this Court.
