ORDER

The petitioner wants to put up an arch. His request was rejected by the third respondent. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that in such mattes, it is the Government that will have to grant permission. The petitioner is permitted to move the Government. If any such petition is filed, it shall be disposed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months thereafter.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
