ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.166 of 2018. 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petitions by an order dated 27.11.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20413 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.166 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to disposed of the said case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing the case in C.C.No.166 of 2018.
